EOL Blueprint Advisors helps take the stress out aging by helping clients develop, document, and communicate their end-of-life (EOL) plan.
As a new client of EOL Blueprint Advisors, you will start with a 45- to 90-minute intake session that helps clarify your intentions in building an EOL plan, identify the aspects of your EOL journey that are worrying or concerning to you, and clarify the services you might use to build an EOL blueprint unique to your circumstances.

EOL Blueprint Advisors will help you develop and execute your ideal end-of-life scenario. Services may include helping you:
Articulate your minimum acceptable quality of life.
Identify potential answers to the values-driven decisions you may need to make—or have made for you—towards the end of your life.
Determine the ideal circumstances of your end-of-life experience.
Identifying who you ideally want on your end-of-life support team, including roles, goals, and expectations.

EOL Blueprint Advisors will assist you in (a) evaluating whether your documentation is in place to support your end-of-life goals, (b) completing recommended documents, and (c) communicating your documents with your care team. This may include:
Reviewing and/or assisting you with completing healthcare proxy and/or durable power of attorney designations.
Reviewing and/or assisting you with completing a goals of care document.
Assisting you with compiling EOL files to facilitate easier EOL decision-making and/or estate management.
Reviewing and/or referring you to a professional(s) to complete life insurance, will/estate planning, and recommended financial documents.
Optional add-ons include:
Assisting with setting up legacy contacts for digital assets, including social media accounts.

EOL Blueprint Advisors will help you develop and execute a plan for communicating your end-of-life plan with the loved ones who will become part of your end-of-life support team. Services may include:
Helping you develop a plan for communicating your end-of-life goals and plan with your support team.
Planning, co-facilitating, and documenting meetings with you and the loved ones on your end-of-life support team.
Optional add-ons include:
Assisting with setting up and/or managing a CaringBridge or like site for coordinating group collaboration and sharing during your end-of-life journey.

EOL Blueprint Advisors will engage you in life review and narrative therapy to help you articulate the legacy you have created in your life. This process may include helping you:
1. Articulate highlights and points of pride in your life to date.
2. Identify areas where you might have unfinished business to attend to, including people with whom you need closure in your life.
Every EOL Legacy participant will receive a document that summarizes their legacy highlights and offers an action plan for addressing unfinished business.
Optional add-ons include:
Development of a personalized legacy document(s)/artifact(s)/project to share with your loved ones.
Coaching to help you prepare to share your EOL legacy with your loved ones.
Assistance preparing for important conversations to bring closure to key relationships.
Development of your obituary to have ready following your eventual death.

EOL Blueprint Advisors can help you review options for disposing of your mortal remains and help you develop and document a funeral and burial plan consistent with your values, legacy, and financial means. This service can include helping you:
Make a plan for the disposition of your mortal remains, including selecting a funeral provider.
Document your wishes for a memorial service or celebration of life.
Communicate your funeral plans with your loved ones.
