Who is behind EOL Blueprint Advisors?
EOL Blueprint Advisors was founded by Gretchen Kinder, a Social Worker and End-of-Life Doula who supports dozens of people each year as they try to make peace with themselves and their loved ones at the end of their life. Gretchen chose this line of work after being present for dozens of her own loved ones’ deaths—some of who prepared, and many of whom didn’t.
While every death—like every life—is different, Gretchen has seen that people who are prepared for the end of life typically have a calmer, more meaningful, and less stressed experience when it is their time for death.
Gretchen created EOL Blueprint Advisors to help individuals and their loved ones create, document, and communicate personalized end-of-life (EOL) plans so they are ready, whenever death comes.
Gretchen is a Licensed Master Social Worker-Clinical Conditional with the State of Maine. She holds masters degrees in Social Work and Public Health from Boston University. She also has more than 20 years of management experience in health and community-based organizations. She earned a Death Doula certificate from the University of New England (UNE) in 2024. Gretchen also brings personal and professional organizing skills to this work, having achieved foundational level certification with the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). She is a compassionate, thoughtful, and efficient partner to the individuals and loved ones she serves.
